The Huguenot by Karl Family Farms

Bonnie and Nathan Snow, chefs and owners of the well known A Tavola Trattoria in New Paltz, have joined forces with Karl Family Farms of Modena to create a restaurant that revolutionizes what the Farm to Table movement has become. The Huguenot is not just a restaurant that sources ingredients from local farms, it is a restaurant that is partnered with a farm creating a new and exciting dining experience which we call Farmer-Chef-Food. We have broken the supply and demand dynamic that normally defines the farm to table relationship.  We take everything that the farm has to offer, from meat to vegetables, and create an exciting and interesting menu that represents the bounty of Karl Family Farms.
